After booking thru Vagaro, you will be receiving an email and/or a text about your appointment.  You will receive another reminder 72 hrs before the appointment, please confirm your appointment! Upon arrival you will find plenty of parking at Scissorhead Salon, 1112 progress Dr. Suite 101, Medford Oregon.

We will begin your service with a though consultation, talking about your hair type, what your maintenance looks like from day to day and how often you want to maintain your color services. During your service we will talk about how often to maintain your color, suggests how often to visit and also how to maintain your color with professional products at home. I will also suggest styling aids that will help you to recreate the style we achieved.

Policies

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.  This gives me the opportunity to fill that valuable time slot.  Should you cancel your appointment with less that 25 hour notice, a $50 service cancellation fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

If you are having challenges with any of your services, please let me know within 7 days of your visit. I would like you to have the highest level of satisfaction and would be happy to adjust.
